Health Equity in Action Summit: Communities Forward this October 23-24! Oklahoma City

Objectives

In a time of growing polarization, the Summit seeks to center the health equity ecosystem on the communities most impacted, providing a collaborative space where attendees can:

• Learn: explore past success and failures, exposing existing gaps in the healthcare system and the tools to address them.
• Connect: meet with potential partners, peers, and policymakers to identify new collaborations and opportunities.
• Sustain: leave not only feeling inspired but supported by a community of established and future leaders working toward a common cause.

Informed by a survey on systemic racism in healthcare among healthcare professionals, the Summit tracks will cover a variety of themes across four key areas:
